Established in 1985, Livingston Mortgage, Inc. was the first Korean-American mortgage bank in the New York, New Jersey metropolitan area. Initially, the Company filled a much needed gap in the industry for a Korean-speaking client base, and it has grown to provide comprehensive services to all borrowers in the area. Livingston Mortgage, Inc. is a licensed mortgage bank in New Jersey for both first and secondary mortgage loans, and is a licensed a mortgage broker in the State of New York.  At Livingston Mortgage, Inc., a borrower has access to many different types of mortgage products including first and second mortgages, which makes us a one stop shop for mortgage financing.
